Tom and others, Those letters are indeed the product key, which can be entered manually when necessary. However, if I recall correctly, ignore the dashes and the capital sign and just enter it with computer braille; or if it is a qt just the keyboard and all lower case. Someone from Humanware can correct me if I'm wrong. However, the easiest thing is to just use the .exe file of course. Once in a while, something gets messed up and entering the key manually can fix it.

Interestingly enough, when I prepared to download the key, the page showed a long string of letters and numbers that was similar to a JAWS authorization string, so I copied that to a .txt file and saved it as well.
