Hi Sissy:
Times we copy and paste too much or too little. Look the
address and make sure that there is no period where one should
not be and that the address has first and last letters correctly
written with no extra characters.

Subject: [Braillenote] email problem
I am having trouble sending email to a yahooddcom address. I
received an email address that I do not have in my address book
so I went and attached it to my clipboard and pasted it to my
address book. I took it from the email that I received. When I
write an email to this person it comes back to me as a failure
notice. I know they have an account because they wrote me an
email. The failure notice says that the name given has no
account. It makes not a bit of sense to me. SISSY
