Hi Nick,
When this happened to me, it was the email database that was the
problem, not the Flash disk.
I took a copy of the Email folders definition file and .cdb on to
an SD card.
When I did a Free database space in KeyMail, it completely
wrecked the Email folders database, so I had to recreate it -
(not sure how).
Anyway, I now access the old saved copy on the SD card using
KeyList.
It's not ideal, but it sort of works.
What you lose is being able to reply, and searching by folder is
more tricky.
For me, I don't know what really caused the problem.
It might have been: the number of messages in the system; the
size of the database; the lack of space on Flash; accessing it
with KeyList; ...
I think it was the total size of my Email folders database.
I have heard that you should not let your database get to 16MB.
(Don't know if that's the .cdb file alone, or both the .cdb and
definitions file together).

Yo Listers
I have a problem with my email on the braillenote. A little
earlier I tried freeing database space, and the message there is
not enough space on the disk came up. I later tried to receive
email, and out of the twelve email I was supposed to have gotten,
I only got 9, because there again wasn't enough storage on the
disk. I then started trashing email, and I got the message the
operation completed successfully. When I tried manually emptying
the trash it came up with yet another message stating that the
drive cannot find the secter requested. I've tried all resets,
including a service reset, and none seem to have worked. Does
anyone know how to fix this? I am beginning to think that this
braillenote has a flash disk problem and can't wait for the old
one back.
