Dear Mr. Peterson, I was not trying to be insensative, and my apologies if it came across that way. My reasoning for asking you to call tech support is that it could speed up the time to get a solution. We can certainly try to do this via email, although at the outset I'm baffled as to why Window-Eyes would connect properly with 6.1, and not with 7. Nothing has changed on the PK.
