I was advised by someone at HW to first hold down a routing button, then
press reset, and keep the routing button held down until approximately
20 to 30 seconds after the BN's speech announced main menu. Then I was
advised to erase the dictionary file and reset with no button held down.

I was also advised to do this repeatedly if it didn't work the first
time. And, true to form, mine didn't work for a day and a half. I
tried this method sever times, and, in the middle of day 2, the display
came back and has been working wonderfully ever since.

Hi Zack,
I had a problem with the display on my transplant about a month ago or
thereabouts and even got an RMA and was ready to send it in.
Fortunately I
was able to continue using the BN with speech. Just for kicks and
grins, go
into file manager and navigate to the dictionaries folder on your flash
disk. When you see the keysoft.ksd file, erase it and immediately do a
standard reset with no keys held down. That's what I did, and
immediately
after the reset, my Braille display came back. Who knows, you might get

lucky too. Try that and let us know what happens.

Good luck.
Tom
