[Braillenote] BATTERY gauge problem

Hello! I am a new member to this list.  My name is Dorie Mates.  
I just purchased a Voicenote and I, too, am getting the battery 
gauge problem.  I plan to let the battery run down completely and 
then recharge it.  I hope that will work.  Anymore suggestions, 
please let me know.  I am not very technically savé, so please be 
patient with me.  Dorie
