Hi, you can turn off your machine while you are in a document and then when you turn it on again you are in the exact same spot. I do this all the time with both my MPower and Pk and also with the classic I have had on loan. I have never had a problem but I always save before turning off the machine just encase.

Hope this helps.
From Shaz.

Subject: [Braillenote] Locking Braille Note

Hi everyone,
I actually have two questions. When you are at a particular spot
where you want to read the notes you've taken on your Braille Note, is there a way to lock it in that position so that you don't lose your place? Tonight I gave a speech, and as I was walking up to the lectern my Braille Note went blank. I had to give my speech without notes, and, thankfully, everything went well. But I don't want that to happen again. I know I could turn it off, but then I'd have to find the beginning of the document.

The other question I have is that somehow later this evening the
Braille Note locked up. It is stuck at a certain place. When I turn it on it will ask if I want to continue editing, but I can't do anything. Not even check the time or date? Is there a way to fix this problem without doing a reset?
