Hi Mike: You be grateful all you want. The upgrade, as announced, doesn't appear to be meeting people's needs in major ways. Things like better word support and HTML e-mail support are basic things that mainstream PDAs have. If you are happy as a person who is blind being left behind, fine. I and others here are not. If you don't like reading it, there is such a thing as a delete key. So, are you saying Rose should risk getting fired from her job simply because she has to struggle to access an important document?
