I personally don't care what people say, and I've been a bn user since 5.0.
I know a lot of what has been asked. I've noticed that people complain every
time there's an update, no matter what is added.

With all due respect, you don't have a goodknowledge of the history of

product and what has been asked for in the past. In the case of HTML
support in Keymail and better Word support, these are things that have
been
requested for years with Word support going back at least six years
according to What Rose has said. Don't you think that HW would get the
message and tell us something about these issues? Instead, we kept
hearing
that Word support is a Microsoft issue and I now wonder where the truth
lies
in that tired old excuse. People like Rose need support for Word
right now, not at a date unknown sometime in the very distant future after
she and others lose their jobs because of lack of such support. Rose and
others like her will do what they must to remain competetive; and if that
means going to another product that better meets their needs, then so be
it.
They have a right to aire their frustrations. If you don't want to read
it,
then kindly use the delete key please. All devices have one in one form
or
another.
