The BrailleNote has always shone in the area of Braille support. On
the BT, you can select to use either computer braille, grade 1, or
grade 2, almost wherever you are. For example, when entering
appointments into the planner, composing an Email, or writing a
document, you could choose to use grade 2 Braille.

There are only a couple of areas (like entering web addresses) where
the BrailleNote overrides your preferred Braille grade and forces
computer Braille, but that's understandable.

As well, if you use Unified English Braille, I don't think computer
braille is ever forced.

The keyboard on the BT, including the spacebar, is, in my opinion,
outstanding. It surpasses any equivalent keyboards I have ever used
on any other notetakers, and is one of the reasons I'm happy to stick
to a BrailleNote for now.

Cheers,

Grant
