Alex, you don't jam the spacebar though. When I read that
someone has gotten four units in as many months, or there is
something always wrong with their unit, and it's a different one,
I wonder. You are sure correct about space bars, though.

I am not sure about that, though; I had a unit, my first mpower,
and its spacebar was always tilted and would stick, making the
machine unusable; this happened after four separate repairs.
Finally, they sent me a replacement machine which has worked fine
so far, for almost two years. I think that there are lemons in
the bn family, and hw has far more than its share of lemons, plus
their repair department, in my experience lately, is far below
what it should be.
Have a great day,
Alex

Sharon, I have to agree with you. These things don't just break
for the sake of breaking. I think it depends on how rough a
person is with the unit. When I see this happening over and over
with one person, and something is always wrong, it says something
to me.

Hi, I have never had a Cf slot brake on me. I have had a vn
classic, a Bn Classic now an MPower and a Pk. I use the Pk most
of the time and since it only has the one storage option I put
cards in and out of it all the time. I think it all depends on
how the unit is treated and how ruff you are pulling in or out
the cards. Of course I could just be a lucky person with my
slots.

Hi. I have had the cf slot on my bn break twice now, and was
quoted the other day by a hw guy 150-1700 dollars, with no
promise that it was ever going to be fixed. I wasn't happy.
