Jessica, I'm really sorry you are having that terrible problem in
your workplace. I have no suggestions about what to do about the
problem of getting dust out of the BrailleNote, but I will tell
you that there are times when I keep the top of the case over my
hands as I am using it, especially outdoors, in order to keep it
really clean. You never know what might fall on it. I had a
bird poop on my braille book one time when I was reading it. And
that is not cool!
