Jessica, I'm really sorry you are having that terrible problem in your workplace. I have no suggestions about what to do about the problem of getting dust out of the BrailleNote, but I will tell you that there are times when I keep the top of the case over my hands as I am using it, especially outdoors, in order to keep it really clean.
