You can service your braille note. I believe that option can be found in the
information support mode. It is very helpful if you think some dirt has
entered the braille display.

Jessica, I'm really sorry you are having that terrible problem in your
workplace. I have no suggestions about what to do about the problem of
getting dust out of the BrailleNote, but I will tell you that there are
times when I keep the top of the case over my hands as I am using it,
especially outdoors, in order to keep it really clean. You never know
what might fall on it. I had a bird poop on my braille book one time when
I was reading it. And that is not cool!
