Joseph, I think what he is trying to say is! If their is a way to
reformat a BrailleNote! He wants to erase everything from the
FlashDisk! Flint to do this you need ActiveSync on a PC! If you
have a PC this is what you do! Connect the BrailleNote to the
computer using the USB port if you have ActiveSync installed it
will pop up if you haven't created a partnership then it will ask
you if you want to create a partnership. It will ask you all of
these things like. What do you want do you want to sync choose
the checkbox that says files or something like that then hit ok
or next I haven't done it in a while. After you get all of that
completely away! You go in to my computer, then you go to mobile
device, then you will run in to things like my books and that
sort of things. Now what you are looking for is the FlashDisk
folder which also is your drive on the BrailleNote press the
delete key on your computer keyboard and say yes to all! Joseph,
