I've also heard of deleting the flash disc removing all personal data, but I would not do this. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Joseph Lee" <[email protected]>

Hi,
To do this, delete a file called keysoft.ksd located at Flash
Disk/Dictionaries folder.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] Complete factory reset

Is it possible to COMPLETELY factory-reset a BrailleNote MPower QT32
with Keysoft 7.5?

Performing a service reset still does not restore the unit to full
factory state - files still remain on the flash disk, dictionary
remains installed, etc. Is there any way to completely refresh the
unit, erasing all user data off the flash disk and returning the
entire unit to "virgin state"?
