Hi, First, connect the AC adapter (both ends to the BN and the power outlet, respectively). Then press Reset with Record button at the same time for about a second. Cheers, Joseph

I did all the steps necessary to reset the parameters and nothing happened. The battery should have been fully charged and the "AC Adapter On" should have come up; it didn't.
