Richie, before you send the thing back, by chance have you tried
a different electrical outlet just in case a circuit breaker
broke. Small chance I know, but just a thought.

Subject: [Braillenote] BN QT32--Not Responding
Hi, A while back, when I went to turn on my Braille Note QT32, it
didn't respond. I did all the steps necessary to reset the
parameters
and nothing happened. The battery should have been fully charged
and
the "AC Adapter On" should have come up; it didn't. Is there
some
other proceedures, short of sending it back to Humanware, that I
can
do to try and get the braille display to respond? Thanks in
advance.
