Hi Don, Thanks. As for databases, it could be due to different operating systems present on the PK versus the Apex. PK has CE4.2, whereas Apex has 6.0. As for landscape mode, I thought of using another font for it (if I can even find it on my own Apex later - when I get it). Like you, I hope the corrective update would come out soon. Cheers, Joseph

I am fortunate in having the choice of 2 printers, both however, need these documents to be fed end first into them. This needs a landscape printing code to be used (z, in the fonts menu.) this no longer works and other people have now to do these jobs for me. also, I can no longer transfer databases. I can copy the information in on my Apex, but when I copy the database on to a cf card for use on my PK, the Pk announces access denied. So you can perhaps understand my increasing impatience. However, having said that, I'm convinced the Apex is going to be a most useful unit, and has surely a long future of use before it.
