Hi.
My mpower does this offten. Its because the panles on the back of the display are getting old humanware said. All you can do is use it on speach for a day or so and then do a normal reset and braille will come back. You will have to turn the display back on but you will know when because it won't say "braille display is not opperating" The other opption is send it back for new back pannles and they are around 30 pounds each - an 18 cell display has 3 pannles and a 32 i guess would have 4 or 5. then there's labor charges. I can't send mine back coz i can't aford it so i just put up with it, sometimes you can have a few month of normal braille and other times it happens every couple of weeks.

Hi all, just like the subject said: I have a friend whose BrailleNote's
display is not working. We did the Jkl reset dot's 1-2-3. We also have
tryed dot's 4-5-6 and reset. The last one we did was the one you
shouldn't do, the "eraceing the Ksaid file in the dictionary. Pressing
record and reset at the same time." Still getting the "the Braille
display is not operating." message. What should we do?
