If you've tried all those resets and deleting the keysoft.ksd file, then it looks like a call to HW is needed as the unit may require a braille display replacement or other maintenance.

Hi all, just like the subject said: I have a friend whose BrailleNote's display is not working. We did the Jkl reset dot's 1-2-3. We also have tryed dot's 4-5-6 and reset. The last one we did was the one you shouldn't do, the "eraceing the Ksaid file in the dictionary. Pressing record and reset at the same time." Still getting the "the Braille display is not operating." message. What should we do?
