That's why I've asked you to backup the contents of the KeyMail
folder beforehand to prevent this kind of mess...
Well, hope they are there. After copying the contents of the
folder to another location, delete the original KeyMail folder
from Flash. Then do a Warm Reset and try going to email and see
what happens.

I started to delete the keymail folder and then remembered there
was a folder I forgot to copy so I exited without finishing. My
braillenote continues to display the message "cannot find email
folders." Has my email been deleted or is there any way to get
them back now??? I want to do anything possible to get certain
messages back as they are really important to me. I'm hopeful
they are still there because the amount of space free on my flash
disc is the same as it was before.

This usually means that the Email Folders database (the file
where the email folders and their contents are stored) is missing
from KeyMail folder on Flash Disk.
In this case, try copying the contents of your KeyMail folder to
somewhere else, delete the KeyMail folder and perform a warm
reset right after deleting it. This will regenerate the original
KeyMail folder with the contents within it. Try going into
KeyMail and see if you can access email folders. If this works,
then paste the former contents of the KeyMail folder and try
accessing KeyMail and see if you can see the email folders.

Dear all,
I have been having numerous problems with my BrailleNote and
today I borrowed one from an agency. It appeared to be fine, but
I just did a basic reset after it failed to recognize my wireless
card, and now whenever I try to do anything in KeyMail, it says,
"Cannot find email folders". Why is this happening and what can
I do?
