Just guessing, but maybe it is the cd version and or adapter for the stream.

What does the image in the teaser email contain? As with your Apex teasers, you are sending BLIND customers PICTURES, and not describing anything!! I thought we (the users) had made it clear in the Apex campaign that this strategy does NOT work and is quite frustrating to us, the people to whom you are hoping to sell this mystery device. At least tell us what the picture contains! Why is this so difficult, to describe a picture to an audience you know cannot see it? If nothing else, could we, the users, please have an explanation as to just what you hope to accomplish by doing this? Our only recourse is to enlist the help of a sighted person, even though Humanware is supposed to be all about empowering their customers and making them independent!
