Hi Jose, Hmmm, sounds like an easy shortcut, but there is a slight drawback: you can insert either today's date or the date that you are printing a document - no other dates. Alex H.'s instructions would work for now - unless if we can have Shanshika's suggestion in a future KeySoft version. Cheers, Joseph
