That sounds like the new-style case then; I hope to get mine very soon. Currently, because of that one velcro strap in the back, the Apex can fall right out of the case, plus my magnets move around. Sounds like they got it right with this new case, though, and I am excited to finally stop worrying that my bn is about to take a tumble.
