Hi Everyone,
I was writing a very important, long email. I probably should
have created a document instead and this problem wouldn't have
happened. I was interrupted in the middle of my email and
thought the email I had written went into my outbox. But I
hadn't sent it. Today when I tried to find it I couldn't. As a
safeguard, I had put my husband's email address on the email, but
said I didn't want to send it yet. It was in my outbox, I'm
sure. I thought I could continue with it today. But it
disappeared. It didn't appear in either place. I probably
should have been working in drafts. When I went to sent mail
there were 25 hidden files, it said. I wonder if one of them
could be the missing email. I got some directions once about
retrieving hidden files but when I tried to follow those it
didn't seem to work. Any suggestions?
I have an mPower, keysoft 7.5, build 31.
Thank you so much.
I really need step by step information, not assuming I understand
terms.
