Well, first I would back up your flash disk. Next, install your current keysoft version again, just like you were upgrading, but using the nk.bin for the version you already have. This will put back any system files that may be deleted or corrupted. Then, hit enter with 2 5 6 (the "look up word" command, I think) and see what the bn says. If it says that data files are missing, then you should be able to download the dictionary from humanware.com. If it says that you do not have a license, or it gives you an error tone, you should reinstall the dictionary like you did when you first purchased the extension.
