Hi everyone,
I am afraid I may have deleted some important files. When I was going
through the folders on my flash disk I would never have deleted something
that sounded necessary to the operation of the Braille Note. But somehow,
besides having nothing in my None folder, I deleted my dictionary.
Rhonda Stogner had suggested I put my dictionary on my SD card. I really
liked this as any time I was reading a book and needed to look up a meaning
of a word I just hit enter with dots 2-5-6. And after I was done I just hit
space-e a couple of times and was right where I left off in the book.
I have also noticed that some of the books of my Bible are deleted from my
SD card, and I would **never** do that!
I wonder if some of the 25 hidden files I have are things I've deleted that
I wasn't supposed to.
I have the mPower with Keysoft 7.5 build 31.
I am glad for so many of you who have Apex's. I hurt my back yesterday
climbing up 37 really steep stairs and then having to go down them later,
and tonight I'm carrying my Braille note around my neck on my left side and
my purse in my right hand. I don't know how much that weighs. I was
wishing I didn't have either, and thought I can understand why some people
would want a lighter unit, besides all the things it can do for you. I will
never be able to make that upgrade. Wish I could, but that won't happen.
Will it be possible for me to get the needed files back for the correct
operation of my Braille Note without sending it back. I can still read and
write and do email I think. Right now I am typing on my regular computer.
How would my dictionary get deleted from my SD card? What on earth could I
have done?
Linda
