There is a way, but it is a hack and kind of strange. It should work, though.

1. Rename the favorite file so there is a period somewhere in its name
in addition to the one in the .url extension.
2. Go to keyword > open a document > flash disk > my favorites. Select
all files by pressing space-x at the list of documents, then move to
the favorite you renamed and open it, pressing enter at the "review
the options" prompt.
3. Find the section in the favorite that says "url=". Delete whatever
is there and replace it with the url you want. Make sure to not modify
any other part of the file; there should still be a space between the
end of the url and BrailleName, for example.
4. Test the favorite to make sure it works.
5. Close the file, and, if you want to, rename it to get rid of the period.
