Hi, I guess you need to add the URL manually by creating the URL file itself. Create a text document (either from your BN or from a computer); once it is opened, paste the address you got into the file. Then press SPACE with S (CTRL+S); press BACKSPACE to go to folder name, then press SPACE until you get to My Favorites and press ENTER. At the document name prompt, press either SPACE with X or BACKSPACE with X to change the file type to "ASCII text", then type the file name followed by .url then press ENTER. If it works, keySoft should either ask for renaming extension or you'll be returned to your document with the favorite saved. Alternatively, I can send you the URL file (a simple text file) as an attachment off list; all you need to do is detach the URL file and place it in My Favorites folder. Cheers, Joseph

Their web master sent me the following url which I can write in when I open the browser on the Apex. The URL is http://provisioning.streamtheworld.com/pls/KDFCFM.pls My question is that when the URL is loaded, I go to favorites with dots 2 3 5 enter and add the favorite writing KDFC FM then try and open the favorit using that favorite, the Apex says, URL unknown. I also tried to write in the entire url as above in the favorites name but it would not accept it. So how do I add that URL to my favorites?
