Hi again. I have done every test I can think of, and the adapter on my BrailleNote mPower 7.2 has power to it, but the BrailleNote doesn't recognize that the adapter is plugged in and giving power. The Troubleshooting section of the manual said to make sure that the adapter was powered on. Is there a switch on the adapter that I haven't found yet? How do I make sure that it is "powered on" as the manual says?
