The other issues is that they might be able to eliminate the TTY part of the software since the iPhone can handle TTY tones. Lori

The DbC is the Deaf Blind Communicator. It uses a M power Braille Note with a Cell phone that been modified to work with the software, and also comes with a usb keyboard to do long chats or lectures. I am supposed to be getting mine in a few weeks and that is why I am asking questions on here. I wish I knew if human ware was going to update the m power keysoft any time soon. There is still so much more they could do with the DBC, such as why not have it on a apex with a I Touch? It could be done from what I am learning about the DBC. I reather have my I phone as the cell phone instead of the one they come with so I can get my internet and texting as well as a communcation between sighted or deaf folks. I am really considering on just asking for the Apex, and heck with the DBC since its cost so much and looks like it'll never get any more updates.
