That is no longer the case. We can use any size sd card or thumb
drive.

Did you try re-downloading the upgrade file for each of your
tests? If the
file didn't download successfully in the first place, then maybe
that's
your problem. Also, did you successfully retrieve and install a
license
first? I don't know what the Apex does if you try to install the
upgrade
without the license already in place. Maybe it gives you a
failure
notice. I guess the only other thought that occurs to me is that
perhaps
you need plenty of space on your drive if the Apex uncompresses
stuff into
a Temp directory right on the drive. That wouldn't seem like the
problem,
though, if you've used multiple media and had it bomb each time.

I'm trying to get Ks 9.1 installed, but whenever I try, it says,
installation failed, please contact your distributer. I tried on
an sd card, a usb stick, and the flash disk. What should I do?
