I just got a similar email, but mine said "done" at the end. I now have no idea what, exactly, is "done". If you go to the list.humanware.com favorite on your bn, and find the bn list page, there should be a link to email the owner directly. I believe you can send a message to [email protected]; it should be the same thing. Just explain what is going on and he can reset your bounces. That is what I had to do once.
