Another way to deal with this is to only reply to the list and delete all
the other addresses. If it is only relavent to one person then just reply to
them and not the list.
This is what I have been doing most of the time and I haven't recieved any
notice about bounces for quite some time.

A bounce, as I understand it, is when you send a message to this
list
along with other addresses, and one of those other addresses is
invalid. This can cause a bounce (an email detailing the failure
of
that bad address) to be sent to the list. Your email address is
penalized for each such bounce, and you are sent this notice
after you
get six such bounces.

the same thing. Just explain what is going on and he can reset
