Hey Matt, No. There's a way to have gmail delete them from the server when there received with pop. (Which is what the bn uses as an email protocol in keymail)
To do this:
1. Log into gmail on the Apex.
2. Go to basic html by pressing B.
3. Go to settings by pressing S.
4. Go to forwarding and pop/imap by pressing F.
5. Go to where it says: When email is received with pop: This will be a selection list that you get to by pressing space with dots 4-6 until you hear that. Go into this by pressing enter or the cursor button that's above the list indicator. Then select "delete Gmail's copy" and hit enter. Then click the "save" button. And there you have it. Now when you receive mail with keymail in the future, it will be deleted from Gmail. Now, for mail that you have not enabled this setting for, yes you will have to delete them on the site. If you need help with that let me know. Oh and if I left something Out or have a wrong detail in there or something, can somebody please correct me? Thanks!
HTH,
Josh

Hi, um... if I understand you correctly, yes, there is. You say
you delete them one at a time, right?
OK here are the steps:
1. Log into gmail on the apex.
2. Go to basic html by pressing the letter b.
3. Press t to get to trash.
4. Check each email you want to delete by pressing the cursor
button that's on the check box (unchecked is dots 1-2-3, then a
dash (dots 3-6) and then dots 1-2-3 again and unchecked is dots
1-2-3, a full cell (dots 1 to 6)) and then the 1-2-3 again)
(that's how it will appear on the display) or you can just listen
to the speech, which will say checked or unchecked, then click
the "delete forever" button. And there you have it. The checked
emails are deleted and you're returned to the trash folder in
basic view. To get back to standard hit S until you hear
standard view and then press enter.

Hi all,
I was wondering if there is a way that you can clear the trash in
the trash folder on the gmail website using the apex?
I don't like having to go and delete my emails 1 at a time cuz it
takes me forever. It would be nice if there was a way that you
can delete your trashed email all at once. If there is such a
thing can you please get back to me.
Thhanks
