Hi Kathy, are you subscribed to a number of email lists with the account?
What I find is if one person sends the same message to a number of mailing
lists I am on the Braillenote will only download one copy. So there might be
three mailing lists so I get the count of three messages however only
recieve a count of one.

My mPower running 7.5 build 31 is giving me incorrect email counts. When
it says downloading 13 emails, for example, I only actually get ten. Or
perhaps if it says one message or four, I only really receive zero or two.
Is there anything I can do to correct this? It doesn't happen every time,
but often enough to be very annoying.
