1. I have heard that this is a Bookshare change, and hw and bookshare
are working together to fix it. In the mean time, either continue to
use the laptop, or rename your books to .zip files instead of .bks2; a
recent message on this list indicates that this will let keysoft
unpack the files.
2. Try http://www.w3schools.com (maybe .org) for a lot of great
tutorials. However, note that you cannot open and edit .htm or .html
files on the apex, so either rename them to do the editing, or make
the structure of the html and then use .js files for the real
programming work.
