Ask him to make sure that he is using the correct connection, and
if so, that he has configured the settings correctly. And if he
is using lan (wired) connection, to make sure that the cable has
been connected securely.

I have a friend who just got his Apex BT 32 yesterday, and he is
having Internet troubles. Even though he created his connection,
when he tries to go to the Internet, he gets a message saying,
"The page cannot be displayed." Does anyone have any ideas as to
what he could do?
