Hi, I recently got a Braille Note classic QT. I had a Braillenote BT classic but it no longer works. I am having diffculty getting my braillnote classic QT to connect to my computer via active sinc. I am running Windows XP I have tried several versions of active sinc and know that 4.5 is not compatible wiwth my braille note. M braille note as Kesoft version five in it and if I open my computer the computer knows there is a "mobile device" as that is one of the things I can pick from besides the usual "c drive" or "dvd drive" But when I pick mobile device none of the folders show up and I can't move files from computer to braille note. I know that I need to use active sinc, but can't figure out my issue, any ideas, or what version of active sinc would work best? Thanks!
