Thanks JOe! I downloaded both active s inc 3.71 and 3.8 and it STILL isn't working! I have had the BN off and then turned it on and gone to the Utilities menu and picked connect to active sinc. With both versions, BN says, "connecting to acctive sinc via seria port" and then it waits a few seconds and makes kind of a shrill high pitched nioise, but it doesn't connect, neither does it if I try to connect from the active sinc end. I remember having problems like this previously but can't remember what I ended up doing. Any more ideas? For now I am going to keep trying! :) smile.
