Is there a way you can access the email through keyweb? Maybe that will fix the problem. You can go through the schools website to where you can log in to your e-mail and then you can save the page for the e-mail's inbox into your favorites so that you can read the messages. Let me know if this helps. It's what I do to get to my school's e-mail.
