Hi,
Are you using the Gmail website to view the message?
If you are, go to the bottom of your Gmail page, then press Backspace once. You should see a Basic HTML link there, and click it. Then, go to your inbox and go to the email. Click on the link like you would any other time, and you should be able to read it.
