Hi carlos,
I need to make one addition to the instructions below. When you
save the e-mail as a file in "my favorites" you need to put the
extension ".htm" on it. For example, if you want to name the file
homework, you would make the file name "homework.htm" without the
quotes.

I guess it sounds like you are trying to read your e-mail in
keymail. I don't know if this will work, but it is worth a try.
When I have a message in html, I save it using control S on a qt
keyboard. Sorry, I don't know the BT command. I save it to the
"my favorites" folder. Then I go to keyweb and tell it I want to
see all html files. When I open the message now in a file, it is
readable and you can even go to the links on the web if they have
been written properly. Credit goes to Alex for providing this
information at some point.
