Hi,
If the PDF was a scanned image (not going through text
recognition), then it'll show up as blank document. Can you send
me the source PDF file to me off list (as an attachment) so I can
take a look at it? Thanks.

Hi everyone, I got the newest version of KeySoft a week or 2 ago.
And today I converted the PDF file and when I pushed enter on
"review previous options", the file was blank. But I know it has
information on it. Did I do something wrong? How can I see the
information in the document?
