Which kind of Word file is it, DOC or DOCX? DOC files are
supported, but DOCX unfortunately are not.

Subject: [Braillenote] Word file problem
Hi,
I have a problem with a word file. I can open it on my laptop,
but when I try to open it on my Apex, I get the following error
message.
Application error: application for keysoft encountered a serious
error and must shut down. I have to press reset to restart
Keysoft. What is causing this? I can't translate the file
because I get the same message and when I didn't get that message
trying to translate to a rich text file, the error came up again
when I opened it. I have taken text out, made new versions of
the file, then pasted the text back in. I don't want to lose
this file. It had a table in it, but I removed the table,
because I didn't want the text in a table. I still have that bit
of text. I hope word 2007/2010 support is implemented in the
next upgrade.
Thanks.
Alana
