Actually I did both. I will play with settings again.
Thanks

Hi,
Incoming port must be 995 and secure connection must be set to yes.
Cheers,
Joseph

I thought so. For the incoming server I entered pop3.live.com and 587 for
the port, the way it is on my computer. But I still could not receive
emails
at all. Google account works for me fine.

Hi,
Hotmail (now called Windows Live) does have POP and SMTP settings, but the
way outgoing server is configured does not allow KeyMail to send emails
(you can receive Windows Live emails, but not send it through this
account).
Cheers,
Joseph

I think what she meant was
that the bn needs pop and smtp
servers to send and receive
emails and hotmail does not
have those servers.

But Google works pretty fine
and Google uses pop and smtp
as well. Please
correct me if I am wrong.

Hotmail and keymail
Well, I think it's not
possible to set up and hotmail
account on the apex
because we need pop and smtp
servers to do that and hotmail
doesn't work
with those servers.
