Hi, I had a similar issue with my battery which then lead to worst things. I contacted Humanware and they organised for me to return my current battery and then they sent me a new one and since then I haven't had any issues. Maybe there was some faulty batteries or something. I suggest you talk to your local humanware person and see what they suggest.
