I freely admit I made a mistake about the format indicators for page break
and new page. The new page indicator is a $f and you can insert a new page
in your documents by pressing bt space-p or qt control-n. The soft page
break indicator is either $lf or $pf. There are two indicators for this
because a soft page break can begin after a soft return or a hard return.
I apologize to you and everyone else for this error.
