Hi,
I noticed this when I first got my Apex. I remember hearing somewhere that
the charge stopping at 95% was considered normal, which seems odd. I have
managed to get mine to charge to 100% pretty consistently, so I'm not sure
what to make of this.

I'm having a problem with my Apex's charging. Sometimes, when I plug in
the Apex, it will only charge to 95% and stay there. Other times, it will
only charge to 92% and stay there. I can't see any pattern in this and
can't tell HW how to reproduce the problem if I called them. So, how
would I fix this? Any suggestions would be appreciated!
